Turn Around Time

TAT is stated at the top of the website and on the homepage. Currently it is up to 14 business days not including weekends and holidays. If your order is NOT over TAT please try not to reach out until it is. This does take time away from me working on making orders. ORDERS WILL ONLY BE CANCELED FOR UP TO 24 HOURS AFTER ORDER IS PLACED. After 24 hours I will not longer refund your order. 

All items will ship within the stated processing time on items and at the top of the website. Please remember it is business days so that does not include holidays and weekends. If your order is overdue, please reach out to me. 

If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact me within 3 days of it being delivered. Do not throw things away please keep packing and items as they are and photograph it. This is to put in a claim.
